1. Our Commitment to Accuracy

At Mesa Editorial, accuracy and informative rigor are fundamental. Despite our strict review and source-checking processes, we are human and recognise that errors can occasionally occur. Our commitment is to correct any inaccurate information quickly, transparently and visibly for our readers.

2. How to Report an Error

We deeply value our community's collaboration. If you find an error in our articles — whether an incorrect fact about an artist, a wrong event date, or a spelling mistake — we invite you to let us know immediately.

You can report errors by sending a detailed message (including the article URL and the proposed correction) to our team through our contact form.

3. Update Process and Transparency

When a factual error in a published article is confirmed, we proceed as follows:

• Article Update: The error is corrected in the text to reflect the accurate information immediately.
• Technical Metadata: We update the internal modification date (dateModified in our structured data code for Google) so that search engines register the change.
• Editorial Correction Note: If the error significantly altered the main meaning of the story, we will add a "Correction Note" at the end of the article. This note will briefly detail what original information was published, how it has been corrected and the date of the correction.

4. Difference between Correction and Update

It is important to distinguish between correcting an error and updating a developing story.

If we publish new information as an event develops (for example, the announcement of new confirmations at a music festival), it is not considered an error, but an "Update". These articles will show the time of their last update in the header, but will not require a "Correction Note" unless the prior information was false or incorrect at the time of its original publication.

5. Corrections in AI-assisted content

When a Magazine piece has had support from artificial intelligence tools during its preparation, the same correction criteria will apply as to the rest of TechnoBeatsCloud's editorial content. If a factual error, an incorrect attribution, a wrong date, an imprecise source or an interpretation that may mislead is detected, the content will be reviewed and corrected.

If the correction substantially modifies the meaning of the article, a visible correction note or errata will be added. When the modification is relevant, the content's modification date will also be updated to reflect the editorial review carried out.

The use of artificial intelligence tools does not reduce TechnoBeatsCloud's editorial responsibility nor replace the obligation to correct errors clearly and diligently.
