Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Nature of the Service

TechnoBeatsCloud is a digital platform that acts as:

1. Information Aggregator: We provide data about electronic music events, artists and DJs.
2. Social Community: We allow registered users to interact, comment and save their preferences.

TechnoBeatsCloud is not a box office. Purchase links lead to third-party ticketing companies: we are not a party to the purchase contract and we are not responsible for purchases, purchase errors, payment issues or refunds. Details are in the Legal Notice, section 3.2.

2. Gamification System ("Beats")

The platform includes a points system called "Beats" to reward user loyalty and participation. Regarding this system, the user accepts that:

• No Monetary Value: "Beats" are a virtual reputation metric. They have NO economic value, they are not a cryptocurrency and they cannot be redeemed for real money, bank transfers or physical goods outside those set out in occasional platform promotions.
• Right of Admission: TechnoBeatsCloud reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or reset any user's points if fraudulent activity, use of bots, spam or any attempt to manipulate the system is detected.

3. User-generated content and moderation

TechnoBeatsCloud allows registered users to publish comments, ratings, opinions, usernames, profiles, votes and other community content. The user is responsible for the content they publish and guarantees that they have the necessary rights to share it.

It is strictly prohibited to publish content that:

• Is illegal, incites illegal activities or infringes third-party rights.
• Includes hate, discrimination, threats, harassment, humiliation or personal attacks.
• Includes explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, explicit nudity or sexualised content involving minors.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, image rights or intellectual property of third parties.
• Includes phishing, malware, fraud, identity theft, hacking or instructions for unauthorised access to systems.
• Publishes personal data of third parties without authorisation.
• Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, violence, self-harm, fraudulent activities or illegal services.
• Is spam, unauthorised advertising, misleading links or content generated automatically by bots.

Breach of these community rules will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the account with no right to claim regarding "Beats" or stored data. TechnoBeatsCloud may moderate, hide, edit or remove user content, suspend accounts and withdraw Beats points when it detects infringements. Posts by new users may remain pending review before being shown publicly.

Users may report problematic content via the report links available in the community or through the Contact page, indicating the affected URL and the reason for the report.

TechnoBeatsCloud may disable ads on pages with user-generated content that has not been reviewed or that may breach applicable advertising policies.

4. Modifications

The owner reserves the right to make, without prior notice, such modifications as it deems appropriate to its portal, and may change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented.

5. YouTube API Services

The magazine, TechnoBeats TV and the editorial tool that uploads videos to the @TechnoBeatsCloud channel use the YouTube API Services. By using those features, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Only administrators and press collaborators with editorial permission may upload videos to the brand channel. Other visitors only play embedded content with the official YouTube player.
