3. Use of the Portal and Disclaimer (Affiliation)

TechnoBeatsCloud provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to the owner or its licensors.

3.1. Affiliate Links

This website participates in third-party affiliation programmes (such as Ticketmaster and other ticket sales platforms). This means that by clicking certain links and making a purchase, the owner of this website may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

3.2. Ticket Sales

IMPORTANT: TechnoBeatsCloud is an event directory and aggregator. We do not sell tickets, we do not charge the ticket price, we do not issue booking references and we do not process refunds. The «Buy» button opens the website of a third-party ticketing company or promoter. The purchase contract is entered into solely between you and that platform.

We organise public information (date, venue, lineup, indicative prices) so you can decide. That information may be out of date or may not match what you see when you reach the ticketing site.

Before paying, always check on the ticketing company's purchase page the event, the date and time, the venue and city, the ticket type, the final price and the terms of sale, change and refund.

We cannot help you with purchases of the wrong ticket (another day, another venue or another type), payment or ticket delivery issues, cancellations or changes by the organiser, or claims or refunds. Those matters are for the ticketing company, the organiser or your bank.

An affiliate link may generate a commission for TechnoBeatsCloud without raising the price. This exclusion does not apply to the T-Clubwear store, which has its own returns policy.

3.3. Advertising, affiliation and sponsored content

TechnoBeatsCloud may display programmatic advertising through Google AdSense and may include affiliate links to ticket sales platforms or other services. When a link is an affiliate link or content is sponsored, this will be indicated visibly. Affiliate links do not increase the price for the user and may generate a commission for TechnoBeatsCloud.

The owner, by itself or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights in its website, as well as in the elements contained therein (by way of example: images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, etc.). All rights reserved.

TechnoBeatsCloud uses images, posters, videos, artist names, trademarks and promotional materials for informative, editorial or events purposes. When the material comes from third parties, it is used on the basis of authorisation, licence, official communication, permitted insertion or legitimate editorial use.

If you are a rights holder and consider that any TechnoBeatsCloud content infringes your rights, you may request its review or removal through the contact form, indicating the affected URL, the protected work and the alleged ownership.

We will review the request and, where appropriate, remove or modify the affected content.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or matters related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit.
