2. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following personal data:

• Identification Data: Username, email address, and password (encrypted).
• Activity Data: Comments, ratings, followed artists, and saved events ("Mi Escena").
• Gamification Data: Points ("Beats"), level, and badges earned through use of the platform.
• Advertising and Device Data: IP address, device identifiers, and advertising cookies associated with the insertion of programmatic ads by Google AdSense.

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Managing your registration and user account.
• Enabling participation in the community (comments, ratings).

6. Data Deletion Instructions (Meta / Facebook)

In accordance with Meta's Platform Terms, TechnoBeatsCloud offers its users the option to request the complete deletion of their personal data. If you wish to delete from our servers any data associated with your account or your Instagram/Facebook profile, follow these instructions:

1. Submit the request through the contact form (privacy and data protection subject).
2. Include in the message your username or the Instagram/Facebook account linked to our platform.
3. We will permanently and definitively delete all of your records from our database (Supabase) within a maximum of 72 business hours.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with your request code indicating that the process has been completed successfully.

Alternatively, you may go to your Facebook profile settings (Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites), remove the TechnoBeatsCloud app, and submit a data deletion request directly from there.

7. Advertising, cookies, and Google's use of data

TechnoBeatsCloud uses Google AdSense to display ads on the website. As a result of this use, Google and its partners may collect, share, and use browsing data, IP address, device identifiers, cookies, web beacons, and other similar identifiers to serve ads, limit ad frequency, measure performance, prevent fraud, and, when the user consents, show personalized advertising.

Google and other third parties may set and read cookies in the user's browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers, as a result of serving ads on TechnoBeatsCloud.
