The hardware architecture inherits the classic layout of high-end players, integrating decks that mimic the design of the CDJ-3000X standard. In the upper section, hot cues and loop control managed by a rotary encoder are located, accompanied by optimized jog wheels. The central mixer section incorporates gain controls, three-band equalization, and a complete effects unit that includes Sound Color FX and Beat FX.

The workflow is centralized on a touch screen that optimizes navigation through music libraries. Among its functions, Touch Preview stands out, which allows previewing tracks directly from the interface. The system offers advanced visual customization options, allowing information to be organized by record label or artist, and managing playlists or the Tag List dynamically to prepare live sets.

In terms of connectivity, the XDJ-AN stands out for its integration with streaming platforms such as Tidal, Beatport, and Apple Music.
