ANTS is the most successful and recognizable underground party in Ibiza. Born in 2013 at Ushuaïa Ibiza as a proposal for the island's workers ("those who build the colony"), it quickly became a global phenomenon. Its concept revolves around community, collaboration, and quality music without pretensions.

With its iconic black ant image and its motto "Music is the ANTswer", ANTS offers a darker and groovier alternative to the commercial glitz that sometimes dominates Ushuaïa.

Philosophy and Musical Style: Cutting-edge Tech House

The colony moves to the rhythm of Tech House and Techno. The music is always sophisticated, danceable, and full of groove. ANTS bets on artists who know how to read the dancefloor and create an atmosphere of collective partying.

Andrea Oliva, the "captain" of the colony, leads a lineup that includes figures such as Nic Fanciulli, Joris Voorn, Maya Jane Coles, or Kölsch. The philosophy is that the star is the party, not just the DJ.

Highlight Events: Saturdays at Ushuaïa

Saturday afternoons at Ushuaïa belong to ANTS. The production transforms the hotel into a giant anthill, with industrial structures and dancers dressed as ants that interact with the public. Recent themes like "Metalworks" have taken the aesthetic to an impressive futuristic and dystopian level.

The party starts on the small stage (at the back) creating an intimate atmosphere, and as the sun sets, it moves to the main stage for an apotheosic finale.

Impact on the Scene

ANTS proved that the underground sound could triumph on a large outdoor stage. It has created a visually powerful brand and a loyal community that dresses in black to celebrate the music. It is the perfect balance between the massiveness of Ushuaïa and the musical credibility of the underground.
