Insomnia Emotional Club

Offering the best national and international DJs: that slogan, repeated by Insomnia Emotional Club itself, defines the venue better than any urban club claim. In Ledaña the dance floor is not a pop-up: it is a physical nightclub that has been supporting club electronics in a town in the province of Cuenca for more than two decades.

The kilometer zero of the Iniesta road

The venue opens at km 0 of the Iniesta road, on the CM-3222, with postal code 16237. It should not be confused with a traveling party: Insomnia is the building, not the lineup. The club's website and its ticket sellers sign the space as Discoteca Insomnia Emotional Club and, in the current programming, they speak of 2 rooms within the same warehouse. That double dance floor is the useful data for those arriving from outside: it is not a single cube, but a venue capable of separating environments on the same night. The business map pin is on the outskirts of the town, in the classic logic of the regional nightclub, on the side of the road.

The numbering that places the start in 2003

The house tells its own story through anniversaries. The aftermovie of the eighth, announced for November 12, 2011, and the call for the 12th anniversary on November 14, 2015, coincide in the same origin: 2003. The club's audiovisual archive —historically signed as Grupo Insomnia— preserves promotions and aftermovies of Insummer, Insonar and Clubb-In, their own nights recorded at the venue. On SoundCloud, the official profile publishes anniversary and Clubb-In sessions by Carlos García, and the channel's artwork lists residents such as Toni Medina, Sonia Yera, Alfredo Pareja or Migue. That booth staff, more than a tour lineup, is what sustains the surname Emotional Club: a nightclub with a stable community far from the capitals.

The verified programming moves between techno and progressive house. In 2026 the venue itself announces a Vértigo night with Cristian Varela and DJ Pepo, again with both rooms open. You have to read the poster well: Vértigo is a brand that enters Insomnia; the venue remains the Ledaña nightclub. The official aftermovies of the 8th and 11th anniversary, and that of Insummer 2012, show a booth, disco ball, dance floor lighting and, in summer, a covered outdoor area. The calendar is not for daily bar service: the club opens according to event, with nights that usually fall on Saturday and extend into the early morning. More than twenty years later, kilometer zero remains the address, not a metaphor.
