HouseRules next to Rembrandtplein

HouseRules nights at Escape, the club on Amsterdam's Rembrandtplein, feature Daley Mason as a regular in the booth. In 2026, his name appears time and again alongside resident Raymundo, with Tyg, Kooyman, Nagilo, Saxy Mr. S and MCs Yanto and Haits, both at HouseRules and Brainwash. He doesn't arrive as a festival headliner: he arrives as a club DJ, the one who holds the dancefloor when Rembrandtplein fills up on Friday.

Disco, hip hop and R&B as a calling card

Mason presents himself as an Amsterdam-based DJ and anchors his sound in disco, hip hop and R&B. In November 2016, he released Daley Sessions part I, a nearly 55-minute liveset designed as a warm-up: disco, R&B, hip hop and classics. That mix—more for the booth than the studio—sums up his craft: building a night from the groove, not from the trendy single.

Jimmy Woo, oaK and the Soetig parties

Before his current rotation at Escape, he was already on the city's nightlife circuit. On December 24, 2016, he played at Jimmy's Christmas Night at Jimmy Woo, a Christmas disco of R&B, hip hop and hits, alongside Mikey Nice, Nick White, Ome Kev and Praia del Sol. In 2017, he passed through oaK and Maïa Amsterdam with the Soetig and De Brugklas parties: disco, funky house and eighties/nineties, including the King's Day afterparty on April 27.

Fifty minutes at the Supperclub

On June 4, 2020, the Supperclub Amsterdam channel published a liveset of his lasting over 50 minutes, recorded on a Pioneer booth, with his name projected at the back of the room. It is the clearest visual record of his way of being behind the decks: long session, club, without grandiosity.

A dancefloor profile, not a catalog

There is no visible studio discography under his name on major platforms. His public work is that of a selector: mixes, local line-ups and house nights in the center of Amsterdam. Bookings are handled directly. In that scene, he occupies the niche of the disco and urban sound DJ that today also covers the Escape sessions.
