Dr. Smoke es el alter ego del legendario DJ y productor madrileño Oscar Mulero, creado para dar rienda suelta a su visión musical más allá del techno combativo. Bajo este alias, Mulero explora territorios sonoros más eclécticos y experimentales, adentrándose en el electro, el IDM, el dub y los broken beats. Nacido de su necesidad de mostrar una faceta más abierta como selector, Dr. Smoke le permite jugar con ritmos rotos y atmósferas oscuras, alejándose de la pista de baile tradicional. Sus sesiones bajo este nombre son raras y muy valoradas, destacando apariciones en festivales como Lanna Club o Goa, donde demuestra su maestría técnica y su profundo conocimiento de la electrónica underground.
