The summer decided at km 22.5

When the heat presses down on the A-5, the south of Madrid has a seasonal appointment: the Bonamara terrace, at kilometer 22.5 of the Carretera de Extremadura, in Móstoles. The venue has turned this into a motto and a custom: a summer without Bonamara is not a summer. It is not a traveling party or a brand that rents out other people's rooms. Bonamara Hostelería was established in 2013 with its registered office on that same property and, since then, the venue has operated as an open-air nightclub from May to September.

Thirteen seasons reading the audience of the south

In August 2025 they celebrated their 13th anniversary with Isabel Aaiún on stage. The director Sandra Vian summarized it then with a non-advertising idea: not to chase the trends of the city center, but to maintain a place where you can dance, talk, or celebrate without feeling overwhelmed. The public, she said, no longer goes out just to consume volume: they ask for atmosphere, aesthetics, attention, and security. Musically, the house has opened up to allow reggaeton, Latin music, electronic, and flamenco to coexist in the same season. In 2026, the club's channel is already talking about the 14th season at the same kilometer.

Fifteen hundred square meters without a roof

The physical specs are those published by the venue itself: more than 1,500 m² outdoors, VIP areas, landscaped areas, cocktail bar, food trucks, shishas, merchandising, and private parking. Images of the venue show an uncovered dance floor under a truss arch, an elevated DJ booth facing the dance floor, and a high area with tables. The official season runs from May to September, from Wednesday to Sunday, with Saturday as a long day from 17:00 to 06:00 and the rest of the days with different cut-off times depending on the session. When the cold arrives, the club shuts down. There is no winter after-party narrative: Bonamara exists as a summer terrace.

A house of sessions, not a single genre

The programming changes its skin every night. Wednesday is reserved for Latin Dance; Friday for parties like Flash Fuck Fridays; Saturday starts with the Sunset afternoon session and moves towards more nocturnal sessions. There is flamenquito, live acts, and rotating themes, with entertainment and performances. The website declares commercial music, urban, and electronic as its core. Anyone looking for a dark techno basement is not at this venue. Anyone looking for a stable nightclub-terrace in the southern belt, with a table, food, and late-night closing next to the Carretera de Extremadura, yes: the physical venue has been at the same point for more than a decade.
