Ten tons of concrete on the dance floor

On Kensington High Street, the DJ does not preside from a stage: they are enveloped by the public around a ten-ton concrete block. That 360° DJ booth is the signature of Gallery Club London. The concrete allows for vinyl DJing without skips and places the selector at the level of the dance floor, not above it. The d&b audiotechnik system and lighting made of lasers, bars, and custom panels close the circle: house, techno, and club electronics on an intimate scale, with a capacity of 400 people.

Electronics with public entry in Kensington

It opened on March 27, 2025, on the site of the former Bodo's Schloss, a stone's throw from Kensington Palace, by Carlo Carello, Jake Parkinson-Smith, Barth Rougier, and Steve Manktelow, the team behind Boujis and B London. The thesis was to import a rawer energy to the most polished postcode in West London and, above all, not to hide the club behind an opaque list: tickets go out via Resident Advisor and usually sell out. It is not a touring party brand. It is a physical venue, with a door, rooms, and its own programming, designed for those who go to dance.

A venue of rooms to be discovered

The Club Room concentrates the impact. Around it, the map becomes deliberately opaque. Cubanista operates as a Cuban cocktail, rum, and Latin rhythm bar, with its own DJ booth. Studio is the most exclusive room, reserved for members, with a private bar. In the nooks and crannies appear the Tequila Bar, an almost ritualistic agave counter, and Carlo's Pizza, a clandestine Neapolitan kitchen until closing. VIP tables face the main dance floor. At the door, no ripped jeans, tracksuits, dirty sneakers, or flip-flops; the venue is 18+ and requires a physical ID.

From Bob Sinclar to Mixmag Lab

The opening night was signed by Bob Sinclar. Since then, BLOND:ISH, Pete Tong, Seth Troxler, Damien Lazarus, Prospa, Dennis Ferrer, Beltran, Reznik from Keinemusik, or Carl Cox have passed through, in addition to dates with Glitterbox. In May 2026, Mixmag Lab recorded from that concrete booth and placed the venue on the global circuit of filmed sets. The London Nightlife Awards named it Best New Nightclub 2025; Cosmopolitan UK placed it among the best clubs in the city. Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 3:30 AM, Gallery maintains a clear argument: serious electronics in the west, with the dance floor at the center.
