From parking lot to pool

A large-format pool, a common dance floor, and a production suspended over the water turned an old parking lot in the Bay of San Antonio into one of the symbols of contemporary daytime clubbing. The venue opened in 2012 as Ocean Beach Ibiza, promoted by Duane Lineker and Tony Truman together with founding partner Vicente Juan. The work was carried out in just five months and the operation evolved from a single weekly party to practically daily programming. In 2018 it adopted the name O Beach Ibiza: it was not a change of venue, but a brand continuity intended to avoid conflicts with third parties and facilitate its international expansion.

The venue revolves around the water

The open architecture places the 600 m² pool at the center of the experience, surrounded by beds, tables, cabanas, and VIP areas that converge with a common-use dance floor. The venue works with a capacity of 2,000 people. In the elevated part, the Sunset Roof Garden offers a more leisurely reading of the space and views toward the bay, while the Mediterranean fusion restaurant integrates food into the day. The white aesthetic, clear lines of sight, and proximity to the promenade define a daytime club conceived for the sun, not a closed nighttime nightclub. Its most recognizable scenic feature is the aerial production: dancers, acrobats, live musicians, themed characters, stage effects, and confetti appear over the pool and among the public.

Seven days, various readings of house

House acts as the backbone, but the identity changes according to the residency hosted each day. House in Paradise and O Beach Music explore the most current side of the genre; Soul Heaven is oriented toward soulful house, disco, and vocals; and KISSTORY incorporates garage, R&B, hip hop, and old-school dance anthems. These are the venue's programming brands, not independent clubs. The 2026 agenda combines residents with international guests such as Armand Van Helden, Todd Terry, OFFAIAH, Ferreck Dawn, Michael Gray, or Barbara Tucker, within a deliberately bright, social, and accessible proposal, more focused on collective celebration than on the anonymity of a dark dance floor.

Daytime engineering facing the sea

The open-air condition and the proximity of homes force the sound to be worked with precision. The distributed DAS Audio installation, carried out by SPL Audiovisuales, uses 53 Event-208W and Vantec and Artec reinforcement, along with cardioid subwoofers SARA-SUB and LARA-SUB that concentrate energy toward the public and reduce rear radiation. In 2026, a self-supporting structure with six EUROTRUSS HD34 supports was added to house audiovisual systems, lighting, and scenic elements without breaking the open architecture. The venue remains active during the summer season, with exclusive access for those over 18, opening from 13:00 and closing variable according to the programming.
