Ritual rhythms between Murcia and the DJ booth

The African percussion that Alex Puche discovered as a child continues to pulse through his sets: spatial atmospheres, Amazonian sounds, rituals, and rhythms that seek the mysterious and the wild on the same dancefloor. Born in Murcia and based in Madrid, the Spanish DJ and producer constructs sonic narratives with influences from American house and disco, frequencies from the East, and the deepest European electronica, always with the intention of connecting with those who dance.

From Madrid nights to Playa Padre

He started with percussion at age five; at eighteen, he began in the DJ booths of the capital. With over a decade of experience, he has been a resident at Playa Padre and Momento (Marbella), as well as Istar in Madrid, Boho in Miami, and Vagalume in Tulum. He has shared the booth with Black Coffee, Dixon, Âme, Monolink, WhoMadeWho, Nic Fanciulli, Shimza, Birds of Mind, Artbat, and Satori, and has played in Ibiza, Dubai, Zanzibar, and Mexico. Between 2021 and 2023, he was the artistic director of Mogli Marbella, a large-capacity complex where he programmed DJs and shows.

Sierra Bermeja, Anatolia, and Bar 25

As a producer, he moves between organic house and afro house, with an eclectic ear for Mediterranean textures and live percussion. In 2022, he released the EP Sierra Bermeja on Inward Records and remixed Cleopatra by Coherence and Alicia de la Osa for Cosmic Awakenings. In 2023 came Madre Tierra—a collaboration with Coherence and Alicia de la Osa on Sacred Earth, chosen as the soundtrack for the Vuelta Ciclista a la Región de Murcia in 2024—and La Boca, on Café de Anatolia LAB. In 2025, he signed Dreamer with Marat Mode for Bar 25 Music and Ritme for Multinotes.

Sonica, Redolent, and the Costa del Sol

He has also passed through Ibiza Sonica—with sessions like Supersonicos and the NAMASTE program—and the Redolent Music podcast, where he signed off on a melodic and afro journey. His discourse is constant: music as a tool to elevate the spirit and tell a story with his hands. Today he resides in Madrid, continues to release on international labels, and remains linked to the Marbella nightlife, with recent dates at Bonbonniere, in addition to circuits in Ibiza and Tulum.
