Chris Liebing is more than a DJ; he is a technological pioneer who changed the way Techno is played. From Frankfurt, Liebing led the digital revolution in the early 2000s, being one of the first to adopt hybrid systems (Traktor + Ableton) to deconstruct music in real time. His original sound, Schranz, defined an era of hard and fast techno in Europe, but his evolution did not stop there.

CLR Philosophy

His label CLR (Create Learn Repeat) was a bastion of industrial and loop-based techno for decades. However, in recent years, Liebing has surprised with an impressive sonic maturation. Albums like "Burn Slow" (on the legendary Mute label) showed an introspective, slow, and dark side, collaborating with legends like Gary Numan.
