Metal, hip hop and high-speed kicks

Deadly Guns' signature is a form of hardcore pushed to the limit: aggressive kicks, abrasive screeches, rave energy, and a sound interpretation that incorporates references from metal and hip hop without lowering the intensity. The scene has positioned him as one of the visible names of so-called thrashcore, a label that fits his way of accelerating the dancefloor and building sessions with fast mixing, his own edits, and drops designed for large stages. Before establishing himself in hardcore, Michael Augustus came from the metal scene as a guitarist, a detail that helps to understand the weight of the riffs, the tension, and the frontal attitude of many of his productions.

From the Masters circuit to his own label

His professional leap was consolidated in the Masters of Hardcore orbit, with releases that marked an increasingly harder and more recognizable identity. The 2017 album The Gunshow opened a stage of wide exposure within the scene, followed by The Chosen Ones in 2019 and Thunder In Paradise in 2023. His catalog includes tracks and collaborations such as Power Of Truth, Get Dissed, Invincible, Playing With Fire, KCKPRN, Wonderwall, My Way with Paul Elstak, Crash The Party with N-Vitral, or Bang Bang with Dual Damage. In 2022, he took a business and creative step by co-founding Black Reaper Records, a platform from which he has reinforced his own aesthetic around the most hard-hitting hardcore and a line of merchandise, releases, and content directly connected to his community.

Anthems, festivals, and the Slaughterhouse offensive

Deadly Guns has taken his sound to key spaces in the European hard dance scene, with performances at Dominator, Qlimax, Masters of Hardcore, Harmony of Hardcore, Snakepit, Decibel Outdoor, Intents Festival, Supremacy, and Thunderdome. He has also signed high-impact anthems, including the one for Snakepit 2017, Hell Of A Ride for Dominator 2022 together with Tha Watcher and Carola, and Time Heist for Masters of Hardcore 2024 together with Tha Watcher. In parallel, he expanded his universe with Slaughterhouse, a live project together with N-Vitral that accentuates dark imagery, visual horror, and sonic pressure. With that front, he released material such as DON'T SLEEP, RIP TO MOZART, BASS CANNON, and the album New World Slaughter. His recent activity has remained alive with cuts like Open Your Eyes, The Heist, Six Million Ways, Shut Me Down, and Feel So Good. Currently, his position within hardcore is sustained by a combination of constant production, presence at reference festivals, and a very defined aesthetic identity: aggressive, theatrical, and oriented towards taking every set to the point of maximum friction.
