Born in Martorell, in the province of Barcelona, he began connecting with electronic music at age 17, when he bought his first turntables and delved into the underground rave scene that defined the Catalan scene of the nineties. His leap into production came in 2009, after a period focused on translating the energy he handled in the booth to the studio. In 2012, he launched La Pera Records, a label that has functioned as his own platform and as a showcase for artists aligned with a danceable, fresh, and punchy vision of house and techno. Joining the elrow family in 2013 expanded his reach and linked him to one of the most influential party brands in European electronics. Privatti has performed in booths such as Privilege Ibiza, Space Ibiza, Amnesia Ibiza, Fabrik, and Florida 135, as well as festivals and events like Tomorrowland, Parklife, Monegros Desert Festival, Dreambeach, Lovebox, 18Hrs Festival, Empire Music Festival, SoulTech, and Selenic Soul. His international journey spans over twenty countries, and he has shared stages with top-tier names like Carl Cox, Paco Osuna, Richie Hawtin, and Joseph Capriati.

One of his most visible milestones arrived in 2018 with «What a Bam», a collaboration with Guille Placencia released on La Pera Records that reached the global number one on Beatport. That alliance with Placencia has remained a recurring axis of his discography and his live formats, especially in high-voltage b2b sessions. In his most recent phase, George Privatti maintains a dancefloor-oriented identity, with releases in his own recording environment and a constant presence in club sets, festivals, and digital platforms.
