Maidstone as a starting point

Nic Fanciulli is Nicholas Anthony Fanciulli, DJ, producer, remixer, and label founder born in Maidstone, in the county of Kent. The son of an Italian father and a British mother, he grew up in different environments before settling musically in his hometown. His real entry into the scene came from working in a local record store, his first sessions in bars, and a residency at ClubClass, a platform that launched him into the British circuit while he was still very young. Since then, he has built a career supported by the DJ booth and a long-distance reading of the dancefloor.

The craft of the underground groove

His sound moves between house, tech house, techno, and deep house zones with a functional, elegant, and physical aesthetic. Fanciulli belongs to a generation that gained international reputation through DJing rather than media exposure, with sets based on progressive tension, firm basslines, and a club energy that connects Ibiza, London, and the global circuit. As a producer, he has released music under projects such as Skylark, Buick Project, and One + One, the latter alongside James Zabiela.

Saved Records and a far-reaching discography

In 2005, he launched Saved Records, a label that became an influential brand for underground house and techno, with releases and showcases focused on established producers and new generations. His catalog includes works such as The Test with Rolando, Limmo with Stacey Pullen, Resistance alongside Audion, My Heart, Set Me Free, Blessed with Black Circle, and Revolution. The album My Heart, released in 2017, expanded his universe with collaborations from Damon Albarn, Jamie Principle, Agoria, JAW, Guy Gerber, Audion, and CONSTANCE.

Ibiza, festivals, and international relevance

Fanciulli has maintained a strong relationship with Ibiza, performing at venues such as Ushuaïa Ibiza, Hï Ibiza, Space Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza, and ANTS, as well as events like Ultra Music Festival, Music On Festival, Extrema Outdoor, Marvellous Island, elrow, Paradise, and The Social, a festival that brought international electronic music to Maidstone. Currently, he continues to be represented internationally by Analog, combines global tours with releases on Saved Records, and maintains a reference position within contemporary house and tech house.
