Cosmopolitan percussion with a Parisian accent

Expansive percussion, African-rooted vocals, and an elegance inherited from the French Touch form the language with which NOMIS connects Paris, Ibiza, and the international house circuit. Born in Besançon and raised in France within a family environment linked to music and clubs, he received his first turntables at age ten and soon began producing on a computer. At seventeen, he moved to Paris, where he built his craft in bars, restaurants, and venues until becoming a regular name in the local nightlife, fashion weeks, and large-scale events.

From ANCORA to Thursday nights at TIEMPO

His growth has not been limited to the DJ booth. In Paris, he launched ANCORA, a weekly event held on Wednesdays at Matignon that, for approximately three years, consolidated its own community around his musical selection. In parallel, he expanded his reach with tours across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Canada, in addition to performances and residencies linked to destinations such as Ibiza, Mykonos, and Saint-Tropez. Throughout this journey, he has shared the bill or the booth with artists such as Diplo, Rampa, Carlita, Moojo, WhoMadeWho, Sasson, and Francis Mercier.

The natural evolution of that experience arrived with TIEMPO, a concept created by NOMIS to bring together contemporary house, melodic sensibility, and a stage production oriented toward collective celebration. The project debuted in 2025 as a weekly Thursday residency at Lío Ibiza and returned in 2026 for a second season, placing him at the helm of one of his most visible platforms to date.

A discography of connections

His catalog began to take shape with Era, released in 2023 by My Other Side of the Moon. In 2024, Killi arrived on WIRED and, most notably, Kabe, a collaboration with Francis Mercier and Salif Keïta released by Decca Records France, which significantly expanded his reach. That same year, he released Kalaa alongside Eran Hersh on Go Deeva Records. During 2025, he reinforced that collaborative line with Alassa alongside Nomvula SA, Ô Juremê with MAREK (FR), Shangili with Nes Mburu, and a reinterpretation of Ay Como Hago signed with Ravens.

The dance floor as a meeting point

NOMIS's music moves between Afro House, Deep House, and House, with deep basslines, organic percussion, immersive melodies, and vocals treated as a narrative element. His background draws as much from the French pulse of Daft Punk and Cassius as from club references like Butch, Black Coffee, and Erick Morillo. This combination sustains sets with fluid progression, designed to maintain energy without sacrificing detail.

In his current phase, his own production, the development of TIEMPO, and an international schedule converge in a recognizable proposal: house music open to different cultures, technically polished, and built to create a connection between the booth and the dance floor.
