Steel, mattresses, and Hialeah sky

From the old Dixie Bedding mattress factory, built in 1946 as an Army contractor, the promoter Avra Jain extracts a roofless venue: emptied warehouses, steel skeleton, and a kapok tree preserved among the concrete. Seven acres in the industrial heart of Hialeah become a sound district, designed to compete with Wynwood and anchor youth next to the tracks, in the Leah Arts district.

A city of dance floors, not just one room

Infinity Room is the main patio, columns, and open sky. The Park moves between structure and air. The Chain Room preserves the factory's conveyor belt. The Warehouse encloses frequencies between four walls. Cypress End sticks to the tracks: when the train passes, it enters the set. The venue is modular, with indoor and outdoor dance floors, VIP area, bars, food, and published accessibility. There is no parking on the premises: the venue itself asks to arrive by shared vehicle or transport.

Halloween as a birth certificate

Hocus Pocus was the first event, in 2021, and continues to open the season. The team of Club Space and III Points—Link Miami Rebels—instantly recognized the potential of the warehouses. From Halloween to Art Basel and the closing of Miami Music Week, house and techno from global brands—elrow, Music On, Time Warp, Drumcode—occupy the same venue. In 2025 Insomniac, which programs the complex, consolidated stages, bathrooms, VIP, and signage so that it works all year round, not just in four annual peaks. Factory Town Music Week now concentrates five nights of programming on the same dance floors.

From dusk to dawn

The usual threshold is 18 years old. The doors change with each date, but the venue's story is the same: from dusk to dawn, three miles from the airport and far from the South Beach circuit. On long Halloween nights, you can catch the sunset on one side of the venue and the sunrise on the other, with the trains in the background. Miami Springs denounced the continuous bass; the Hialeah city council defended it as a piece of the city. Today it is the industrial patio where Miami clubbing is measured in acres.
