Spanish DJ and producer Beatriz Martínez, known artistically as B Jones, performed her set on July 19th on the main stage of Tomorrowland in Belgium. Martínez issued an official statement under the slogan 'BEA 1 - CANCER' in which she indicated the total absence of tumor tissue in her body. However, according to current oncological protocol guidelines, the DJ had to face a final preventive cycle of chemotherapy and undergo a bone marrow transplant to ensure the definitive eradication of malignant cells.

A release with family involvement

The set at Tomorrowland included the live premiere of the unreleased track titled 'Resistiré'. The vocal production of the track does not use regular studio singers, but instead incorporates the voice of her twin sister, Elena. The vocal recordings were made in a Madrid studio just hours after B Jones finished one of her chemotherapy sessions. As part of the presentation in Belgium, both shared the main stage for the performance of the song.
