Cocoon joins Amnesia's 50th anniversary this Sunday

There are parties that are part of Ibiza's history and others that directly wrote it. Cocoon belongs to this second group. Next Sunday, July 19th, the legendary brand created by Sven Väth returns to Amnesia Ibiza to celebrate its 27th anniversary, exactly on the same date that one of the most influential residencies the island has ever seen began. A night conceived as a tribute to the past, present, and future of techno, bringing together some of the most important artists in the genre on a simply unrepeatable lineup.

Sven Väth: The soul of Cocoon

Leading the event will be Sven Väth, an authentic legend of electronic music and the soul of Cocoon. Considered one of the most influential DJs of all time, the German artist has shaped the evolution of techno for over three decades thanks to his ability to build long, hypnotic, and deeply emotional sets. His connection with Ibiza and, especially, with Amnesia has led to some of the most important chapters in contemporary clubbing culture.

Richie Hawtin and Nina Kraviz: Innovation and charisma

Joining him will be Richie Hawtin, one of the great innovators of global electronic music. A pioneer of minimal techno, a visionary producer, and an absolute benchmark in the integration of technology and music, his performances stand out for their extraordinary technical precision and a sonic narrative that takes the audience on a constant journey between experimentation and the dance floor.

Also part of the lineup is Nina Kraviz, one of the most charismatic and influential artists on the international scene. The Russian DJ and producer has developed her own language where techno, acid, and electro converge with an unpredictable selection and a magnetic energy that turns every performance into a unique experience.

Len Faki, Dana Ruh, and Mateo Dufour complete the lineup

The power of industrial techno will arrive courtesy of Len Faki, one of the most respected names in the Berlin scene. The deepest and most sophisticated part of the lineup will be represented by Dana Ruh, a German artist recognized for her refined approach to minimal and underground house.
