SILO is born: The new underground techno festival in Palencia

Joton, PWCCA, Alex Wucher, Arian López B2B Ángel Pérez, AXG B2B LMCM, Danuto LIVE, Davo Black, Neonoe, and RØW3N star in a day of uncompromising techno with more than 15 hours of music.

This coming September 5th, the town of Villada in Palencia will become a meeting point for lovers of the most underground techno with the celebration of Silo, a new proposal that bets on sound, freedom, and rave culture as its main protagonists.

Under the slogan “The world needs more techno”, Silo proposes a long-duration event that will begin at 6:00 PM and continue until 9:00 AM the following day, offering more than 15 hours of music in an environment specially designed to enjoy an electronic experience far from conventional circuits.

A line-up headed by underground references

The programming will be headed by Joton, one of the most respected figures in Spanish underground techno. The artist from León has more than two decades of experience and is the founder of Newrhythmic Records, a label that for more than 20 years has defended a personal vision of techno and has served as a platform for numerous national and international artists. His sound moves between dark, industrial, analog, mechanical, and hypnotic techno, with a physical force that has been enjoyed in international clubs such as Tresor, REX, FOLD, Basement, or Vent, among many others.

Alongside him will be PWCCA, also known as Dr Cyanide, one of the reference names for the rawest and most experimental techno in the Iberian scene. With an extensive discography on specialized labels such as Warm Up, Mord, Modularz, Newrhythmic, Hardtools, or Inducted Waves, his proposal combines raw, deep, hypnotic, and high-intensity techno. His productions stand out for a very recognizable sonic personality and for a particularly physical and dark approach to the genre.

Commitment to emerging talent and live format

The lineup also incorporates Alex Wucher, an artist who will bring a contemporary and powerful vision of techno, while Arian López B2B Ángel Pérez will offer a four-handed encounter where the energy and interaction between both DJs will be the protagonists. Ángel Pérez has extensive experience on large stages and stands out for his ability to connect directly with the audience and turn his sessions into authentic shows.

Another special moment will come with the B2B between AXG and LMCM, a combination designed to explore different facets of techno from a dancefloor-oriented perspective. Joining them will be Danuto LIVE, who will bring the most experimental and performative component of electronics to the stage in a live format.

Also starring will be Davo Black, a producer whose music moves within Raw, Deep, and Hypnotic techno. In 2026, he has released works such as Dreamstate EP on Planet Rhythm, consolidating a proposal based on deep rhythms, dark textures, and energy especially focused on the club.

The representation of the new generations will be led by Neonoe, an artist from León whose relationship with rave culture began at a very young age and whose identity has developed around a raw, harsh, and intensity-laden techno. Her proposal seeks to generate a magnetic experience, exploring the physical and mental limits of electronic music.

The lineup is completed with RØW3N, an artist linked to the underground techno scene and a regular collaborator on projects related to Joton and Newrhythmic, completing a program that clearly bets on techno in its deepest, darkest, and most powerful facets.

Much more than a techno session

Silo proposes an experience that goes beyond a simple musical event. With a schedule from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM, the proposal is designed to accompany the public throughout the night and offer a meeting space for a community that understands techno as a form of culture and expression.

The event will have a camping area and parking included, making it easier for attendees to enjoy the complete experience without needing to leave the venue during the night. In addition, capacity will be limited, reinforcing the commitment to a closer and more controlled experience.

With a lineup that brings together different generations, from consolidated artists of the underground scene to new talents, Silo arrives in Villada with a clear declaration of intent: to defend techno in its purest state and reclaim club culture, community, and sound as essential elements of an authentic electronic experience.
