This weekend, during July 31 and August 1, 2026, the national electronic music scene witnessed an organizational milestone with the inauguration of the new Dreambeach festival venue in Vélez-Málaga. After leaving its historic Almeria location, the event has begun an ambitious stage at the Recinto Ferial de la Avenida Juan Carlos I, achieving a resounding success in attendance. On the purely artistic level, the twelfth edition of Dreambeach has restructured its offer, condensing it into two days of maximum intensity across four independent stages, each endowed with a specific curatorial personality. The Main Stage stood as the core of the most massive proposals, highlighting the absolute premiere on the peninsula of the imposing Monolith Show by French producer David Guetta, an audiovisual structure that redefined the aesthetics of the main stage. Added to this were masterful performances by figures such as Eric Prydz, who contributed his unmistakable progressive synthesis, and the legendary British duo Sasha & John Digweed. The melodic and futuristic touch was provided by Mathame and Korolova, immersing the audience in deep atmospheres.

For its part, underground music and faster rhythms found their space on platforms curated by leading brands in the industry. The Open Air stage, under the NOW HERE concept by acclaimed Spanish DJ Paco Osuna, brought together exponents of house and techno of the stature of Luciano, Loco Dice and Nicole Moudaber. At the same time, the emblematic Dreams Tent was taken over by the Madrid promoter Blackworks, offering a refuge for fans of hard techno and schranz with powerful sessions and high BPMs by Vendex, SNTS, Oguz and Nikolina.

The south of Spain has always been a bastion for broken beats, and the organization has honored this heritage. The Break Stage, with the collaboration of Híbrida and Rítmika, witnessed the vitality of breakbeat with an exclusive set by DJ Zinc and the acclaimed b2b between Lady Waks and Stanton Warriors. At the same time, the British brand DNB All Stars brought together the titans of drum and bass, highlighting the sessions of Hedex, Bou and A.M.C, who unleashed euphoria based on distorted bass lines.
