The production company Insomniac Events has recently confirmed a historic change for the global electronic scene. After concluding its massive 2026 edition, it has been announced that EDC Las Vegas 2027 will abandon its traditional single-weekend format to expand to two consecutive weekends at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Under the concept called Dusk Till Dawn, the festival will offer an immersive 12-day experience, empirically structured into two main phases: EDC Dusk (May 14-16) and EDC Dawn (May 21-23).

Logistical strategy and capacity restructuring

This expansion does not seek to double massive attendance in an uncontrolled way, but rather to implement a strict crowd control strategy. By dividing the influx of attendees into two weekends, the organization aims to reduce daily density on the dance floors and decongest the city's hotel and transportation infrastructure. The deployment will maintain the same level of visual synthesis, sound design, and line-up on both dates, ensuring that the groove and production quality are identical regardless of the chosen dates.

The official ticket sale will go live on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM (PT). Users will be able to choose between individual modalities or a maximum immersion combined pass:

• Single weekend pass (Dusk or Dawn): General Admission (GA) tickets starting at $399.99.
• Dusk Till Dawn pass (Both weekends): General Admission (GA) tickets starting at $599.99.
• Extended experience: Access to themed events in the city and the EDC Week programming from May 13 to 24.
