BLM Festival kicks off this Saturday

Balerma will bring together some of the great figures of national and international techno this July 18th in an edition that promises to become one of the electronic events of the summer.

The return of BLM Festival to Almería

The countdown is over. This Saturday, July 18th, Balerma (Almería) will once again become the epicenter of electronic music with the celebration of a new edition of BLM Festival. After consolidating itself as one of the essential summer dates in southern Spain, the festival returns with a top-tier lineup that combines great international references, established national artists, and some of the most promising emerging names in the underground scene.

Top-tier international references

One of the main protagonists will be Cristóbal Pesce, the Chilean artist who has revolutionized the Latin American scene thanks to an explosive sound where techno, psytrance, hardcore, and trance coexist. His performances stand out for their overwhelming intensity and an energy capable of transforming any stage into an authentic collective experience. Alongside him will be Mark Broom, one of the most influential producers in British techno. With a career spanning over three decades and hundreds of releases, the artist will offer a set where classic techno and the latest trends merge with impeccable technique.

Forcefulness and explosive B2Bs

Another of the most anticipated moments will come with the B2B between Skryption and Krenon. Both artists share a contemporary vision of techno, marked by forcefulness, dynamism, and experimentation. Their performance promises one of the most explosive moments of the festival thanks to a combination of improvisation, power, and a permanent connection with the audience.

Legends and national talent

National talent will be represented by Cristian Varela, one of the great legends of Spanish electronic music. More than thirty years of career vouch for an artist whose technique and ability to read the dance floor continue to be an international benchmark. Performing alongside him will be Horacio Cruz, one of the Spanish producers with the most recognition outside our borders, author of a sophisticated, elegant techno full of personality that has allowed him to release on some of the most prestigious labels in the genre.

The lineup will also feature Ania Bruster, an artist who has managed to build an identity based on hypnotic grooves, immersive atmospheres, and a powerful techno punch, as well as Álvaro Sánchez, one of the essential names in national techno thanks to his energy, refined technique, and a musical selection always oriented towards the club.

The new generation of techno

The new generation will be perfectly represented by Carlos Agraz, whose fresh and dynamic sound connects with the most demanding dance floors; DJ Swisherman, a specialist in intense and energy-charged sets; and Nhitto, who continues to consolidate his position thanks to a hypnotic, forceful, and high-impact live techno.

The day will begin with a warm-up featuring Banila Banna B2B Nandez, in charge of setting the pace from the very first minute and preparing the atmosphere for a long day of electronic music.

With an increasingly ambitious production and a lineup carefully designed to satisfy both lovers of the purest techno and those looking to discover new talent, BLM Festival faces a new edition ready to confirm the excellent moment it is going through.
