The Colombian electronic scene is preparing for one of its most significant annual milestones. Recently, the organization of Monumentum: Bogotá Distrito Rave made public the official line-up for its fifth edition, scheduled for next Saturday, July 25, 2026. The Plaza de Bolívar, the historic epicenter of the Colombian capital, will once again transform into a massive open-air dance floor from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This event, free of charge and exclusively for adults, is promoted by the Mayor's Office of Bogotá and the Gilberto Alzate Avendaño Foundation (FUGA) through the Bronx Distrito Creativo Presenta initiative.

A line-up that projects the Colombian sound to the international circuit

The artistic curation of this edition highlights the maturity and export of local talent. The line-up is headlined by heavyweights such as Keith Barrera, Pao Calderón, and Diossa. Barrera lands in the Plaza de Bolívar backed by the European agency TRIVIAL Bookings and after having shared the booth with titans of the global circuit such as Sara Landry, CamelPhat, Ellen Allien, Fatima Hajji, and Charlie Sparks. For her part, Pao Calderón reaffirms her status as one of the most respected selectors in the country. Diossa, a Colombian artist based in New York, will bring the experience gained in prestigious international booths, including her recent appearances on the HÖR Berlin platform, the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), Baum Festival, and the Festival Estéreo Picnic.

The sonic spectrum of the event will range from the most visceral techno to house, electro, and hardgroove, structured through individual performances and high-synergy B2B (back-to-back) formats. Among the most anticipated crossovers is the union of Bluekim and Kamra, a set that will fuse the experience of a pioneer of the national techno scene with the forcefulness of the new hard techno currents. Likewise, the line-up is completed with performances by The Virginia Valley B2B Camille Spectrae, oriented towards electro textures, along with the dynamic sets of Linda Lenor, Dankz, and Saradélica.

After receiving more than 140 applications, the selection committee has shortlisted 24 semi-finalists who are currently competing for the coveted opening slot of the festival. This initiative democratizes access to large-format stages and guarantees the constant renewal of the city's artistic fabric. As July 25 approaches, Bogotá reaffirms its strategic position on the global clubbing map, demonstrating that the integration of public space, cultural policies, and underground music can coexist to generate a social impact of great magnitude.
