Destino Five Ibiza

The cliff of Cap Martinet advanced the clock of Ibizan clubbing: the dance floor fills up when the sun is still hitting the bay of Talamanca and Dalt Vila cuts the horizon, with Formentera in the background.

A Pacha hotel with an open-air stage

In June 2013, the Pacha Group opened Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort on the cliffs, a complex of white houses, palm trees, and a pool terrace designed to function simultaneously as a hotel and a daytime nightclub. The inauguration, with Solomun in charge, made the model clear: resort luxury and club production in the same venue, a few minutes by taxi from the Pacha nightclub in Vila. The white, the brand's cherries, and the views of the Mediterranean marked the physical identity of the place from the first summer.

The daytime terrace of Music On

What consolidated Destino in the electronic circuit was not the after-party in the dark, but tech house in broad daylight. Marco Carola turned Music On Daytime into the residency that defines the venue: open-air sessions that start in the mid-afternoon and close around 23:00, before the port takes over. On that same terrace, Solomun's outdoor events and the first exclusive back-to-back between Solomun and Carola have been held. After the integration into FIVE, that programming is articulated as Pacha ICONS, the group's open-air series at the resort.

Directivity over a residential neighborhood

In 2018, the venue debuted an elevated stage with arches and a half-dome, renovated VIP areas, and a d&b audiotechnik GSL system designed to push more volume towards the dance floor—around 100 dB directed—and less towards the houses of Cap Martinet. The resort's technical team chose that PA for its directivity control and models the immission each season with NoizCalc to present it to the authorities. Before, Destino worked with the d&b J-Series.

Five stars, same cherries

In 2023, FIVE Holdings acquired the Pacha Group. After a comprehensive renovation between October 2024 and the reopening on June 1, 2025, the complex operates as Destino Five Ibiza, a five-star hotel with 159 rooms. The daytime heart is Playa Pacha, the cherry-shaped pool with a social jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a DJ booth by the water. Gastronomy is divided between Cielo and the Elia cliff, with sunsets and DJ sessions. Below the lobby remains Tox, the intimate nightclub that, after Music On, continues the night from 23:00 to 02:00 for guests and a restricted public.

Seasonal venue, not a traveling brand

Destino is not a party that changes warehouses: it is the physical venue where the day is programmed as a club. On Pacha ICONS dates, there is a shuttle bus for those who have a ticket, with a return towards Sant Antoni, Platja d'en Bossa, and Pacha. The rest of the time, the complex functions as a resort—parking, restaurants, outdoor gym—and the dance floor waits for the next lineup under the sun.
