Eden Ibiza

A superclub facing the pulse of the bay

The luminous silhouette of its facade, a few meters from Es Paradis, has marked one of the most recognizable entrances to the night of San Antonio since the late nineties. Eden Ibiza took shape in 1999 on the space that had previously operated as Star Club and Kaos, and since then it has functioned as the great clubbing counterpoint in the western part of the island. Its position, next to the port and near the sunset route, made it a natural stopping point between the bay's atmosphere and the early morning sessions.

The renovation that hardened the club's character

The 2013 renovation decisively changed the perception of the venue. The club left behind a more irregular image and reinforced its status as a superclub with a darker interior architecture, a large-scale main room, and a more contemporary reading of audiovisual production. The technical axis of that transformation is the Void Incubus Gold system, an installation associated with sound pressure, clarity, and physical punch, especially appreciated in high-impact styles. The incorporation of Music Recognition Technology has also linked it to a broader conversation about data, copyright, and musical traceability within the electronic night.

British booths, trance, and resident culture

Eden has had an especially intense relationship with the British scene. Its archive includes nights and brands such as Judgement Sundays, Gatecrasher, and Godskitchen, as well as figures linked to radio and island clubbing such as Pete Tong and Judge Jules. That heritage does not limit it to nostalgia: its programming has alternated house, techno, tech house, minimal, trance, urban proposals, and residency formats that seek different audiences depending on the night. In recent seasons it has maintained a mix of its own events, guest promoters, and sessions such as CUE, Fire In The Club, GALACTICA, or dates for artists linked to trance and progressive sound.

Sunken dance floor, balcony, and physical sound

The Eden experience is articulated around a two-story Main Room, with a lower dance floor, balconies, and VIP areas that overlook the booth and the dance floor without shifting the focus from the dancing. The second room, NeXt, functions as a more intimate space or support room on nights of higher pressure, with its own access and an approach useful for local artists, back-to-back formats, and alternative programming. Added to this are several bars, two booths, private parking associated with the VIP, and a rooftop smoking area. On the current map of Ibiza, Eden maintains a direct profile: less obsessed with scenic luxury than other large venues and more focused on dance floor culture, volume, proximity, and seasonal programming.
