A 2,500-meter basement under Revoluční

Whoever crosses the threshold of Revoluční 3, in the Old Town of Prague and a step away from Dlouhá, descends into a 2,500 m² complex opened on three underground floors: two for the public and one for technical service. Medusa Group and Ministry took almost three years to design it. Construction began in the autumn of 2016, and due to the state of the premises and the technological load, the interior had to be built from scratch. On the opening weekend, at the end of March 2018, EPIC Prague filled up on Friday and Saturday even though only resident DJs were playing. The club was born as a dance electronic music dancefloor with rotating international guests.

K2, LED P3.9, and a box of almost seven meters

The main room is designed as a high box: almost seven meters high, perimeter gallery, and stage visible to the entire dancefloor. The sound system is L-Acoustics K2. More than 100 m² of P3.9 LED screens cover the booth and columns; in 2025, the ceiling gained a five-meter diameter LED circle, with 80 segments mapped and synchronized with the video walls. Four bars serve the floor. In the gallery, the VIP area—with its own entrance, restrooms, and cloakroom—looks down at the dancefloor. Coats, backpacks, and large bags go to the mandatory cloakroom. As it is a large-scale underground venue, the project incorporated high requirements for fire safety and acoustic design, in addition to its own electrical backup.

House, trance, and EDM in the same booth

The program is multi-genre and revolves around house, EDM, and trance. Ministry of House concentrates the house nights; Sunday Rituals covers mainstream and urban sessions. In that booth, Don Diablo, Oliver Heldens, NERVO, Vini Vici, Paul van Dyk, and Quintino have played, along with a staff of residents. Ministry brings the expertise of its clubs in Banská Bystrica and Zvolen and of Ministry Rental, present at Transmission and Magnetic Festival. The venue is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with 18+ access.
