The glass that looks at the marina

The panoramic elevator runs along the white facade as if the venue wanted to show the port first and, in the background, the cathedral. On the Paseo Marítimo of Palma, FITZ Mallorca reopened on July 16, 2026, the building that the island associated with Tito's—closed in 2021—and, between 2023 and early 2026, with the dinner-show cycle of Lío Mallorca, then promoted by the Pachá Group and Camper. What remains of that architecture—nautical curves, floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace over the yachts—is used again as a nightclub: 2,483 m², two floors, two rooms, and an official capacity of 1,200 people in the El Terreno neighborhood, halfway between the maritime avenue and Plaza Gomila.

The House of Artists, without moving from the venue

The operator is Grupo Sounds, which already supported the Fitz brand in Madrid and Marbella. Here The House of Artists is not a party that rents the dance floor: it is the programming line of the club itself, designed to mix large-format house and techno with urban and reggaeton nights. The Opening Day lasted twelve hours, from 18:30 to 06:00, with PAWSA, Nic Fanciulli, and Miguelle & Tons, and it sold out. In the first week, Anuel AA and Ozuna arrived; the summer also chained electronic appointments with Gordo, Chimbala, and Mëstiza. The public enters a physical venue with a variable calendar, not a festival or a traveling brand.

New booth over an old address

The renovation installed a d&b audiotechnik system and a light and video production on a large dance floor scale. The windows allow you to go from Balearic light to the after-party without losing sight of the Bay of Palma. There are VIP tables, valet parking service, and a published dress code: smart casual to elegant, without flip-flops, beachwear, sleeveless shirts, or informal shorts. The usual hours are from 00:00 to 06:00, except for events that start in the afternoon. In 2026, the venue is active and is consulted night by night: a new club, with contemporary club sound, at one of the oldest addresses of Mallorcan club culture.
