Music Park

From the orange of Radical to the red of a new era: in May 2022, the Rielves venue was filled once again under the name Music Park. Grupo Kapital reopened the complex that, for years, had been a destination for endless nights next to the N-403, between Torrijos and the outskirts of Rielves.

A roadside temple that refuses to disappear

It is not a city expansion club or a historic center venue. Music Park occupies the same macro-complex that Radical debuted in 2002 on the outskirts, with a massive parking lot, an open-air dance floor, and a silhouette of spires, colored walls, and palm trees that could be guessed from the national road. The Orange Party, the Water Party, and sessions of up to fifteen hours that attracted people from Madrid and half the peninsula were held there. After Radical's closure around 2010, the building went through names like Auditorium and City of Sound and remained silent for years, with construction and rumors, until the renovation that brought it back to the circuit in 2022.

Three zones, terrace, and the classic Main

The opening on May 21, 2022, a twelve-hour Megapanic XXL, made the layout clear: three distinct areas, a terrace for daytime mákina, and a Main Room that preserved the structure of the great nights, now dyed red, with a wide stage and large-format visuals. In that reopening, the orange balls of the past were still recognizable. Later on, the XTREME parties by CODE and Fabrik Madrid used the Main, the terrace, and a more secluded Club Area for hard techno, with lineups ranging from Klangkuenstler and Fatima Hajji to 999999999.

The container, not the brand

Music Park is not a party or a promoter: it is the venue. Inside, it has hosted the remember of Pastis & Buenri, Jumper Brothers, or Óscar Akagy, the hardstyle of the Rock it zone, and techno nights with I Hate Models, Ben Sims, or Adriana Lopez. It has also opened its doors to concerts and urban events, in line with the multi-purpose venue logic announced by Kapital. The pulse is that of a venue for major dates: there is no typical week, but rather programming based on events, almost always closing at 06:00.

Getting there is part of the ritual

The same gesture as in the Radical era still weighs heavy: the car, the open field, the parking lot as a prelude. The venue is outside the town of Rielves, next to the A-40. Those who attend organize the trip. What is sought is not a city after-party, but the volume of a macro-nightclub in the province of Toledo that, with a different color and a different name, remains the great electronic container of this plain.
