A water mandala above the Hilton Diagonal Mar

On the second floor of the Hilton Diagonal Mar, a teak terrace opens up with pools, white sun loungers, and parasols facing the Mediterranean and the towers of Poblenou. The main pool features the brand's mandala engraved on the bottom: the same circular P that identifies the venue. It is not a generic convention hotel rooftop, but an urban beach club planted on the wellness floor of a skyscraper, with the sea just a step away and the skyline in the background.

The 2015 Mallorcan landing

Purobeach Barcelona opened in 2015, the first agreement between Puro Group and Hilton and the brand's first leap from Palma to a major city. The group was born in 2004 around Purohotel and the original beach club in Mallorca; here, the format is condensed into 2,800 m² of restaurant, bar, lounge, and pool area, with a cocktail capacity of up to 780 people, on the Poblenou seafront, next to the Llevant and Nova Mar Bella beaches. It was created so that guests wouldn't have to go down to the sand and to offer an urban oasis without leaving Diagonal Mar.

Salt, sun loungers, and M3 cuisine

The physical layout is that of a pool club, not a dark room: saltwater pools, 86 teak sun loungers, and 17 Balinese beds, outdoor bar and restaurant, spa, showers, changing rooms, and Puro Shop, with Hilton parking. The gastronomy bears the M3 stamp —Miami, Marrakech, and Melbourne— and the sun lounger reservation includes a towel and a welcome tray. It is a daytime venue that stretches into the night without becoming a late-night nightclub.

Nu-disco at sunset, regulated volume

What ties it to club culture is Puro Music. The resident DJs set the arc of the day: low tempos in the morning, lounge in the mid-afternoon, and nu-disco and deep house as the sun goes down. The venue is not authorized to offer live performances and operates with a volume limiter; after midnight, the music stays indoors. The result is a city beach club with sunset sessions, afterworks, and seasonal parties.

Season on the Sant Martí coast

Condé Nast Traveler has included it among the best beach clubs in the world. In the 2026 season, it is open from 10:00 to 23:00. It remains a stable venue —not a traveling brand— anchored to the Hilton terrace, with the mandala in the water and sunset house as its dance floor signature.
