Tulum Valencia

The palm trees on the terrace and the solar isotype on the facade announce the pact: Tulum Valencia calls itself a temple of the senses and Art of Wild, a club that wants to sound like wild nature in the middle of the congress avenue.

A new club in the Cortes Valencianas axis

On June 10, 2023, this venue was opened by Cosmic Group, the Valencian leisure group that also operates other venues in the city. The inauguration was planned with shows and entertainment, closer to an immersive staging than a concert hall. The venue is at Av. de les Corts Valencianes, 58, next to the Palacio de Congresos, in Campanar and the Poblados del Oeste. It is not a club in the historic center: it was born in the corridor of hotels, fairs, and offices, with private parking and a high-rise hotel at the same postal address. Since then, it has operated as a club and terrace, not as a touring brand.

Main room, room two, and terrace

The venue is divided into two interior rooms and a terrace. In the large dancefloor, the lighting, the booth, and a large VIP area carry weight, with tables open to the dancefloor so as not to miss the set. The second space serves for private events and parallel nights: bar, VIP, and its own restrooms. The terrace adds cocktails and outdoor sofas. Inside, arches, palm trees, and a ceiling of circular lights build the atmosphere that the club sells as a journey to the roots of the wild. It is a recent venue: its identity is in the scenography and how the dancefloor fills up, not in decades of legend.

House, techno, and afro, with afternoon and dawn sessions

The programming is not from a single church. The club announces house, techno, and afro from midnight until late, and coexists with Latin nights and promoters who coproduce the space, from Wassaï and Random Club to Afrodisiak, Vertigo, or Groove Time. International names have passed through the booth, such as a HUGEL session recorded at the venue itself. Room 2 allows for two parties at once. There is tardeo (afternoon sessions) on Saturdays and dawn clubbing from Thursday to Saturday, with a usual closing around 07:00. Tulum is, above all, a physical club in the Cortes Valencianas where electronic music shares the bill with commercial leisure in Valencia, always on the same two dancefloors and the same terrace.
