The long pulse of Mondo Disko

At Mondo Disko, a benchmark club in Madrid, Argia has turned her residency into a narrative of melodic house, groove, and dancefloor tension. From that booth, she has jumped to venues such as Watergate in Berlin, fabric in London, Nitsa in Barcelona, Pacha in Ibiza, REX Club in Paris, Lux Frágil in Lisbon, or Cova Santa in Ibiza, in addition to tours across Canada, South America, Africa, and Asia.

Conservatory, double bass, and the electronic turn

Formed on piano and double bass, she carried that classical discipline into electronic music without losing harmonic detail. She has spent over a decade dedicated entirely to DJing and producing. In the second half of the 2010s, she signed records like Helena Piti —Jupiter on Natura Viva, Purple Space on Conviction Recordings— and DJed in the Madrid scene before consolidating Argia as an identity. The new alias allowed her to move with more freedom between melodic techno, indie dance, and deep house with organic texture.

From Atomnation to Kompakt, Bedrock, and TAU

The mini-album Backgammon (2022) on Atomnation drew a mature portrait, between hypnotic deep house and conservatory melody. She then joined the Kompakt circle: the KOMPAKT DJ Mix, tracks on Total 23 and Total 24, and songs like Love Keeps You Running. In parallel, she has released on Stil Vor Talent, Sincopat, New Tab (Lost Skin), Diplo's Higher Ground (Desconocidos with Sinego), TAU, Âme's Exit Strategy —the EP Anhelo (2024), with Soñar Contigo and Somao— and John Digweed's Bedrock, with Data Error Data. She also contributed a mix to the Keinemusik series and has performed at ADE, including the Innervisions orbit.

Don't Fight, Secret Weapons, and the present on the dancefloor

In October 2025, she debuted on Rebellion, the Crosstown Rebels label, with the Don't Fight EP: Tulips, Wasabi, and Turn Around, her first collaboration with Adana Twins. The record bets on samples, live percussion, and a spontaneous groove designed for the dancefloor. In 2025, Come With Me also arrived on VOLT; in 2026, Barbara Balada within Innervisions' Secret Weapons Part 18 and the single U Forgot. Today, her booking is managed by Triple One. She remains anchored in Madrid, faithful to a sound that does not marry a single genre, but rather energy, musicality, and the journey of each session.
