In the European club scene, Oliver Koletzki occupies a space of his own: that of a producer capable of turning house and techno into melodic narratives, with dancefloor tension and a marked pop sensibility. From home rhythms to the Cocoon mosquito
His relationship with music began early, between programming on a Commodore 64, hip hop, guitar, and piano. After cutting his teeth as a DJ in the Brunswick scene and moving to Berlin in 2000, his international breakthrough came in 2005 with Der Mückenschwarm, released on Cocoon Recordings. The track became one of the key pieces of that year for German electronic music, boosted his international schedule, and placed him in the crosshairs of a generation looking for a more melodic, narrative, and emotional techno.

That same momentum crystallized in Stil vor Talent, a label that Koletzki turned into a platform for his own music and for new voices in the scene. His catalog as an artist grew with works like Get Wasted (2007), Großstadtmärchen (2009), Lovestoned with Fran (2010), Großstadtmärchen 2 (2012), and I Am OK (2014). In the later stage, The Arc of Tension (2017), Fire in the Jungle (2019), and Made of Wood (2021) formed a trilogy in which he expanded his language toward a more organic, psychedelic, and cinematic electronic sound. Trip to Sanity (2023) confirmed that long-format ambition, and 12 (2026) opened a new phase, more refined and contained, with twelve tracks focused on atmosphere, club pulse, and emotional clarity.

Tours and performances in settings like Burning Man, Rainbow Serpent, Coachella, Tulum, Tel Aviv, or Ibiza have reinforced an aesthetic where festival hedonism, Berlin club precision, and a taste for warm and tribal motifs coexist. In addition to his role as a producer, Koletzki has also acted as an active tastemaker: names such as HVOB, Township Rebellion, Reinier Zonneveld, or KlangKuenstler have passed through or been linked to Stil vor Talent. His current position is that of a veteran in full activity, respected for maintaining his own vision within house, melodic techno, and indie dance without turning evolution into a break with his history.
