Sunglasses, ducks and hardstyle euphoria

In hardstyle culture, there are few acts as recognizable for their blend of bright melody, stage humor, and festival energy as Da Tweekaz. The Norwegian duo turned a fun, colorful, and very fan-friendly aesthetic into a global brand: sing-along anthems, euphoric drops, pop nods, drink references, rubber ducks, and a stage presence designed to lift crowds without losing the pulse of European harder styles.

From Oslo to Dirty Workz

Kenth Kvien and Marcus Nordli met in Oslo after experimenting with different electronic styles before settling on their hardstyle identity around 2007. Their first demos, including Angeli Domini and Crowsong, circulated online before the project began to gain international traction. The definitive leap came with their bond to Dirty Workz, the Belgian label where they released key material since 2010 and which became their artistic home. In 2012 they released the album Time 2 Shine, followed by projects with a strong fan identity like #Tweekay14, #Tweekay16, and 10 Years Da Tweekaz - The Definitive Collection.

Accessible anthems for a hard scene

Their sound is based on euphoric hardstyle, but opens it up to hard dance, happy hardcore, and a very festive take on hard EDM. Tracks like Wodka, Jägermeister, Tequila, I Want It All, How Far I’ll Go, Komon, Bad Habit, Break the Spell, The Calling, Moskau, Sunrise, Bleeding Heart, or Dancing On The Bar show that combination of direct melody, powerful kick, and sense of spectacle. They have also brought their signature to remixes and collaborations with artists such as Timmy Trumpet, R3HAB, W&W, Alan Walker, Darren Styles, Code Black, Coone, Hard Driver, Sub Zero Project, Blasterjaxx, and Harris & Ford.

Tweeka TV, Tweekacore and The Elite

During the 2020 pandemic, Da Tweekaz created Tweeka TV, a livestream format that strengthened their international community with guests, humor, interaction, and long sessions; the project remained active after the return of events and reached episode 100. In parallel, the Tweekacore alias allowed them to explore happy hardcore, while The Elite, alongside Coone and Hard Driver, expanded their collaborative universe with releases like Legends Of The Elite, Vecna, and We Are Reborn EP.

Mainstages and global present

Da Tweekaz have performed on stages such as Tomorrowland, Tomorrowland Winter, Tomorrowland Brasil, Defqon.1, Reverze, EDC Las Vegas, EDC Korea, Ultra Miami, Ultra Australia, Ultra Taiwan, and World Club Dome. Their current schedule maintains the balance between major festivals, hard dance shows, and their own content, with worldwide representation by One World Artists, North American booking by Corson Agency, and management by Swag MGMT. Their position within hardstyle remains unique: they are ambassadors of a cheerful, accessible, and massive side of the genre, capable of connecting veteran fans and new audiences without renouncing the hard hit of the scene.
