Galway euphoria brought to the global dancefloor

In the new Irish wave of club music, DATSKO has established himself as one of the figures who best connects the local rave pulse with a contemporary reading of trance, hard dance, and high-energy techno. His sound starts with bouncy drums, luminous melodies, and recognizable vocals, but avoids getting stuck in nostalgia: his productions function as direct tools for fast-paced DJ booths, loaded with tension, emotional build-ups, and immediate hooks.

From SoundCloud to the major circuits

Artistically raised in Galway, he began to gain traction through SoundCloud and a chain of tracks and edits that circulated rapidly among DJs and young audiences. Pieces like JAGERBOMB, Cody Was A Tank, Scorpio, The Color Violet, In Da Q, or Wait For Me expanded his listener base before his schedule accelerated outside of Ireland. In 2025, he released the album I AM DATSKO, while releases like Run Run, Miracles, My Type, Solitude, Flora / Fauna, Reason, and Where Have You Been reinforced a discography spread across self-releases, Reboot Records IRE, Stress Records, God Gives Records, Coalition Records, and other labels in the club circuit.

Vocal trance, hard dance, and booth energy

DATSKO's musical identity leans on 90s trance and 2000s electronica, filtered through a current club sensibility. His sets feature the frontal push of hard dance, the forcefulness of techno, and a clear inclination for vocal melodies that seek an immediate response on the dancefloor. This formula has taken him to major spaces and platforms such as HÖR Berlin, Teletech, Eden and Amnesia Ibiza, Mondo Disko in Madrid, SWG3 in Glasgow, Gotec in Karlsruhe, as well as festivals and events like Electric Picnic, Longitude, Emerge, Open Air Leeds, PRTY Festival, and NRG Tenerife.

An international leap without losing the underground pulse

Joining Reboot Agency marked a stage of expansion for the project, with an increasingly international calendar and performances in Ireland, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the United States. He has also signed with the publisher Minds On Fire and is represented by CAA for the Americas, a move that places his proposal on a global scale. Even so, he retains the spirit of a fast, intuitive producer deeply linked to SoundCloud culture: music made to be tested on the dancefloor, with a direct finish and an energy that explains why Galway has become one of the most vibrant hubs of recent Irish electronic music.
