The dancefloor as fantasy, not an inner journey

In the booths of Brussels, EMILIJA treats the night as a territory of calculated unbridledness: raw hard house, high-voltage techno, eurodance, and acid lines, with ironic vocals that refuse to apologize. Less introspective narrative, more body: unpredictable sessions, heavy percussion, and curves that blend nineties rave with contemporary loops.

Vilnius, UAL, and the leap to Belgium

Born in Lithuania and with roots in Vilnius, she spent time in London to complete a fashion design degree at the University of the Arts London before settling in Brussels. That trajectory—Lithuanian, Londoner, Belgian—is audible when she jumps from euphoric trance to breaks and electro without respecting genre boundaries.

From the Dour queue to Atmosphere

The summer of 2023 was her first festival season. At Dour, on the Rockamadour stage, the queue exceeded capacity; she closed with Sandstorm by Darude. That year she also played at Paradise City, on the Micro stage. In 2024 she reached Pukkelpop (Booth) and Tomorrowland: her own set at CORE and a b2b with Helena Lauwaert at Atmosphere, within Amelie Lens's EXHALE showcase. In 2025 she returned to Atmosphere on July 18 and closed Paradise City in a b2b with Odymel. The Belgian circuit has taken her to Fuse, Kompass, Rave Rebels, WECANDANCE, Extrema Outdoor, and Lokerse Feesten.

VENERA: Venus enters the club

In 2025 she launched VENERA, a party series inspired by Venus: feminine energy, unfiltered expression, and a rejection of genre purism. Fuse presented VENERA by EMILIJA on October 10 with Crystallmess, Bae Blade, FJUSHA, and O'SIMMIE; on November 8 it landed at Stormkop, Antwerp, within Full Circle. Mixmag covered her manifesto: the physical club as an act of rebellion against algorithmic life.

Tomorrowland selector, still without a studio catalog

Her mixes circulate on Kiosk Radio, BCCO Mix Series, RAWCAST, Awakenings Podcast, and Terminal V Podcast. Insomniac lists her as a DJ and producer of Lithuanian origin, but her public weight is in the selection, not in a discography of singles. In July 2025 she joined One World Artists, the Tomorrowland agency, alongside Darkroom Bookings in management; Apelago continues to handle her booking. 2026 has taken her to Tomorrowland Winter in Alpe d'Huez, to CORE Los Angeles with Insomniac, to Terminal V Croatia, to Teletech Festival in Manchester, to Dour—including a Face2Face with Fenrick—and to Awakenings Upclose.
