Horse, mask and 180 BPM

With a chestnut horse mask and her own universe called Sunshine Farms, horsegiirL has turned high-speed happy hardcore, gabber and eurodance into a dancefloor and internet phenomenon. She landed in Berlin in 2022 with the collective Live From Earth and, in contrast to the city's industrial techno, proposed a euphoric, camp and deliberately unserious rave: barnyard lyrics, fairytale visuals and an audience—the farmies—who show up with cowboy hats, pitchforks and a stable liturgy.

First three gigs, three leaps

Her first session as horsegiirL was at Panorama Bar, the Berghain club; there she even played Crazy Frog and Hampton the Hamster. The second was a live set for HÖR. The third, the Boiler Room for Live From Earth at Zenner, surpassed three million views and put her on the global map: eurodance, ghettotech and hardcore at 150-180 BPM, non-stop. Mixmag named her one of the DJs who defined 2023.

The barn became an anthem

The massive explosion came with My Barn My Rules, a collaboration with MCR-T born in Farm Fantasies and reissued in 2023. The track skyrocketed on TikTok, played on BBC Radio 1—in an episode that ended with a presenter taken off the air—and was among the 20 best tracks of the year according to Dazed. Around it grew the EP Farm Fatale, songs like f0rbiidden l0ve$tory and Obsessed, produced with A. G. Cook and Tom Demac.

Mixmag cover and VIP pony

In January 2025, she starred on the cover of Mixmag and released v.i.p. – very important pony (Three Six Zero Recordings), a glamorous and exhausted portrait of life on tour: materiaL hor$e, eat, sleep, slay, 🔁, take it offff. The European Hayfever tour traveled through Berlin, Barcelona, Amsterdam, London and Paris. That same year she played Coachella, Movement Detroit and entered fashion: she modeled for Ottolinger and DJed for Marc Jacobs.

Nature Is Healing

On June 5, 2026, she released Nature Is Healing, her debut album on RCA, featuring Nomak, Casey MQ, A. G. Cook or Luvhunter. The album crosses gabber, euphoric house and downtempo with birdsong and a clear thesis: the dancefloor as connection, not empty escapism. She has taken it to Lollapalooza, Osheaga, Dour, Electric Love and a headlining tour between North America and Europe. Before the mask, she had released music as Chuala and written songs for others, following a classical training in trombone and French horn; in the booth, she remains Stella Stallion, half mare, half club star.
