On the hard dance floor of Rotterdam, KARAH has turned industrial hard techno into an almost physical signature: crushing kicks, dark atmospheres, and tempo control that leaves no room for breath. Their approach is summarized without frills: no talk, just straight industrial techno to the body.

Falsive, the label reconfiguring the night

After years of soaking up their city's techno scene—frequenting parties in Rotterdam and its surroundings since 2013—they launched into DJing and producing in the most aggressive territory in 2019. That same year, they founded Falsive Records, a Rotterdam-based label that quickly went from digital releases to organizing events, fashion, and a platform for artists aligned with that uncompromising aesthetic. Their catalog has featured, among others, Charlie Sparks, D.N.P, KOZLOV, Oguz, Franky-B, and Don Woezik. Later, they also launched Kharma Records and Sacrificed Methods, so their role is not just that of a DJ: they sustain their own ecosystem around the hard sound.

From Purple Caps to the Amsterdam stadium

In 2022, they signed Purple Caps alongside D.N.P and formed the duo Karaxheller with fellow Dutchman Raxeller. On June 3, 2023, they played at the opening of the Darknet club in Osnabrück. Their name has been consolidated in the Verknipt circuit—Easter and New Year's Eve specials, the Strijkviertelplas festival, and, above all, Verknipt ArenA at the Johan Cruijff ArenA—and at home, at Rotterdam Rave (Ahoy and Maassilo). They have also performed at Extrema Outdoor, Teletech, Free Your Mind, and Tegendraads.

Tensions, alliances, and a European booking

The catalog balances raw power and meticulous sound design. Tracks like The Underworld, Razorblades On The Dancefloor, Fractured Reality, Theatre of Blood, Pills & Thrills, or Brutalist mark that line. Collaborations with KLOFAMA (CENSOR), Fantasm (BEUKEN), Fumi (The Devil and the Angel), Toxic Machinery, Hades, or Riot Shift place them at the core of contemporary hard techno. International booking is managed by Odysseys, and today KARAH tours European clubs and festivals with a deliberate, hard, and hard-to-ignore identity.
