Between the pulse of afrohouse, the elegance of deep house, and the tension of melodic techno, Kimonos has solidified a recognizable booth identity: emotional, precise, and oriented toward a collective journey. The duo unites Gabriele Falanga, a musician of Italian origin, and Omri Malka, hailing from Tel Aviv; two paths that converged after years linked to music and club culture. Currently based in Miami, their proposal moves between deep grooves, organic percussion, immersive melodic lines, and a very physical reading of the dancefloor.

From 'En Su Lugar' to the circuit of major labels

Their discography began to attract attention with 'En Su Lugar', a collaboration with Malóne released by Witty Tunes in 2019. Later came works for Natura Viva, including the 'Ready When You Are' era, and a growing presence on labels and catalogs linked to melodic house and afro house. Their subsequent journey includes 'Bana', released within the Abracadabra Music environment with the touch of BLOND:ISH, 'Symphony Of The Light' alongside Sounds Of Rituals on Hurry Up Slowly, 'Nightfall' with Gioia Mia on Dear Deer, and 'Alemagou' with Sounds Of Rituals and Kuuda on Rose Avenue. On Diynamic, the 'No Fear' EP reinforced their club profile with tracks like 'Discoteka' alongside Ugo Banchi and 'Dope Melody' with Rockin Moroccin. They have also taken their language to remix format, with a reinterpretation of 'In the Moment' by RÜFÜS DU SOL, while the project exceeds 61 million streams on platforms.

Festivals, desert, and benchmark clubs

Kimonos' growth has been supported by an international agenda that crosses Coachella, Burning Man, Tomorrowland, Zamna, Art of the Wild, Tulum, Ibiza, New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. Their sessions have passed through spaces such as Club Space Miami, Brooklyn Mirage, Sound in Los Angeles, KOKO London, and Pacha Ibiza, where they have participated in programming linked to the island's season, including the Solomun +1 orbit. In the booth, they work with a long-form narrative: hypnotic starts, progressive tension, and a mix of house, techno, and melodic texture that seeks connection rather than immediate impact. That combination has positioned them as an up-and-coming duo within the international electronic scene, with a community especially visible in beach contexts, boutique festivals, afterhours, and desert experiences.
