Sundays at Pyramid at Amnesia

In the Main Room of Amnesia, Luca Donzelli is a staple of Pyramid: the Sunday series that unites the legacy of the Ibizan club with the techno and house of the present. An Italian from Poggibonsi, raised in the Tuscan scene and based between Barcelona and Ibiza, he maintains his residency for the 2026 season, from opening to closing, after more than a decade of back-and-forth with the venue.

From Morositas to the first Ibizan flight

Before the island, his laboratory was Tuscany. He started very young in clubs in the region and launched Morositas, a format born at Papillon in Monteroni d'Arbia that reached Tenax, in Florence, and Tartana. The summer of 2014 marked the leap: he played the opening of Amnesia, repeated at Sonar Week in Barcelona, and closed the official after-party of the Ibizan closing in front of thousands of people. In 2015, he debuted at EGG (London) and Cocobeach (Paris) and joined as a resident for HYTE, Loco Dice's party at the same Amnesia.

Bottle Of Truth and the map of labels

Production opened the international circuit to him. Tracks like Bottle Of Truth, Danzen Appeal, Burn That Gasoline, and Daemonesque circulated in major booths; Marco Carola incorporated Bottle Of Truth into his sets, which brought Donzelli closer to Mar-T and Wow! Recordings, a label for which he was label manager and A&R. He has released on Titbit Music, Davide Squillace's This And That, Hot Creations—with the remix of Popof's Going Back for Jamie Jones—, Paco Osuna's Mindshake (Funky Citizens), elrow Music, Moscow Records, and, in 2025, the EP Todo El Mundo on MicroHertz, Archie Hamilton's label. His palette mixes tech house, techno, and house with echoes of funk, soul, and disco.

A booth that tells a story

On the dancefloor, he is recognized for narrating with the decks: precise groove, almost maniacal detail, and a constant bridge between classic dance music and club pressure. Amnesia and Tenax have been his most stable homes; he has also passed through Le Vele, Papillon 78, and Pacha Barcelona, and has taken Pyramid outside of Ibiza, with dates like Extrema Outdoor 2026. The circuit has taken him through Europe, Latin America, Australia, and the Middle East. Today he remains, above all, the resident who anchors the Main Room when Pyramid lights up on Sunday.
