On the second floor of WOMB, every Tuesday the same ritual unfolds: electro house, tech house, and techno, featuring a lineup from 2k21 RECORD LABEL JAPAN. This is where MUNAGE has become an almost weekly presence. He doesn't arrive as an imported headliner, but as a staple of ASIA TECH, the series with which the Japanese label—founded in 2021 and focused on Asian-rooted electronic dance music—occupies the main room of one of Tokyo's most recognizable clubs.

From the group list to the core of the lineup

In March 2024, he still appeared in the broad count of 2k21 artists for ASIA TECH 13. Two years later, the pattern has changed: in 2025 and 2026, his name travels in the main block, alongside Justin Owen, Wonderboi, Cody-K, S4KU, and SABLEYE. That rise in the lineup says more than any press kit: MUNAGE has gone from being part of the label's ecosystem to being one of the DJs who anchor Tuesday nights in Shibuya.

Tech Mafia, Roppongi, and the city circuit

Outside of WOMB, the circuit opens up towards CROSS ROPPONGI with TECH MAFIA sessions, tech house nights linked to the sub-label TECH MAFIA RECORD, and towards TK in Shibuya, a club with a wide dance floor and house and EDM programming. His palette moves between pop, house, and tech house, with hip hop in the mix. The alias itself—胸毛, chest hair—was born from a joke about a favorite wrestler: a deliberately non-solemn identity within a very regulated club scene.

GREEN TEA and the leap to the catalog

In May 2026, he signed GREEN TEA for TECH MAFIA RECORD, a nearly five-minute dance track that is already circulating on Apple Music and Spotify. It is not a long catalog: it is the first visible discographic step for someone whose reputation has been built in the booth. On YouTube, as DJ MUNAGE, he is seen precisely there, between Pioneer CDJs and a mixer, at WOMB Shibuya, with his long hair falling over the booth.

A local piece of the ASIA TECH map

MUNAGE does not present himself as an international star. He is a Tokyo DJ anchored to a label that organizes, produces, and places its own staff. While 2k21 promotes ASIA TECH as a club bridge between Japan and the rest of Asia, he holds the weekly shift, crosses over to the tech house of Roppongi, and begins to leave a mark in the catalog. The current portrait is clear: a Tuesday residency at WOMB, the 2k21 and Tech Mafia circuit, and a single that finally opens his producer profile.
