Ogazón

The night built slowly

In an increasingly accelerated circuit, Ogazón has turned vinyl into a method, not a pose. She plays only with turntables, lets the records breathe, and mixes with a classic neatness: clean beatmatching, precise layers, and a tempo that rises without haste. The compliment that matters most to her is that her music sounds elegant and, above all, that an Ogazón sound is recognized: stripped-back house, percussive techno, and a hypnotic thread that dissolves the border between both.

Amsterdam afterhours, HÖR and Panorama Bar

Born in Luxembourg, with a Spanish mother—the artistic mononym takes her mother's surname, with roots in La Rioja—she discovered electronic music in 2013 at the Pitch Festival, with James Blake and Disclosure. In 2014 she moved to Amsterdam to study business and trained as a raver at Trouw, Cruquiusgilde, and Studio80. On February 18, 2018, she debuted at an intimate afterhour and, shortly after, switched to vinyl, never to look back. In January 2020, she settled in Berlin. She dedicated the lockdown to mixing and digging on Discogs; the public leap came on September 9, 2020, with her debut on HÖR, a video that won over Ryan Elliott. Since April 2022, she has been a regular presence at Panorama Bar and Berghain—nearly ten dates a year in the upstairs room, almost a residency—and has been a resident at Robert Johnson and the Breakfast Club.

Dekmantel, Faith Beat and a label for collectors

The same selector logic has taken her to Dekmantel, Awakenings, Bassiani, Time Warp, Dimensions, Houghton, Stone Techno, and, in 2025, to being the first Luxembourger programmed at Tomorrowland. She frequently shares the booth with Elliott and has collaborated with Marcel Dettmann. In 2024, she released Locked Groove on the Have Faith compilation by Faith Beat; in 2025, she appears on Without a Cause, with Dettmann, on !K7. She co-founded the vinyl project VICE/VERSA and is working on her own dance music label, without genre labels, designed for collectors and DJs. Today she is represented by Ekipa Agency.
