Happy house on Gran Vía

At Lula Club, right on Gran Vía, Torrione has turned the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday DJ booth into one of the most recognizable signatures of the Madrid electronic scene. His way of playing—bright house, tech house, flashes of techno, and nu disco—fits the cosmopolitan club concept he helps program: open, festive, and far from generic commercial music. Since December 2021, he has been the co-founder and artistic director of that 1,200-capacity venue, with a speakeasy aesthetic and Studio 54 as its declared horizon.

After Brunch, Sunday as a dancefloor

Born in Turin, he landed in Madrid and started playing at Le Boutique, Ramses, and Evaristo Club. At the end of 2014, together with Luchino, he launched After Brunch—the daytime format of Forget The Club—: house, deep house, tech house, and indie dance to close out the weekend in the afternoon. The first trial, for about 400 people at Paris Tokyo in Chueca, triggered a nomadic run through Terraza Atenas, the Puerta América hotel, the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the rooftop of the ME in Santa Ana, or the Cine Garden de Conde Duque, where in the summer of 2015 they managed to gather 5,000 people every week. In February 2022, the project celebrated seven years, with guests such as Acid Pauli, Guy Gerber, DJ Tennis, Purple Disco Machine, Agents of Time, or WhoMadeWho.

Residency, jury, and Torrione & Friends

As a resident and programmer at Lula, he has shaped an agenda that has featured Super Flu, Marvin & Guy, Jennifer Cardini, Folamour, Nic Fanciulli, or Röyksopp, with a stable home alongside JP Candela, Camet, and Luchino. The Torrione & Friends series is his own event at Gran Vía 54. In 2022, he was part of the jury for Mad Cool DJ Talent and, in 2026, he took his name to Moon Warsaw. He remains part of the Forget The Club roster, the platform with which he has argued for years that the best dancing doesn't have to wait until nightfall.
