When HouseRules enters the early hours at Escape Ámsterdam, Tyg usually takes over for the final stretch. The club at Rembrandtplein places him on the lineup alongside Raymundo, Daley Mason, and MC Yanto, for a night of high-energy house that lasts until five. During those 03.30 or 04.00 slots, his booth relies on tech house, UK garage, and a club pulse designed to keep the dance floor packed. Throughout 2026, his name reappears on several Fridays of that same schedule, now as a regular part of the team rather than a one-off guest.

His craft comes from home. By age four, he was already mixing, encouraged by his father Martin, known as Scoop in the local scene, and that training was consolidated at DJames, the North Holland family project that covers weddings, eighteenth birthdays, neighborhood festivals, bars, and corporate parties. Born in 2007, Tyg has transitioned from that school of events to the clubs of Amsterdam without abandoning the contemporary repertoire or the deep house he also defends when the crowd asks for it. DJames keeps him as one of their two bookable booths: a close, musical butler service that coexists with his club identity.

Lichtpunt, Nude Project, and DJTYG

The leap in visibility came in 2025. He played at Het Lichtpunt Festival at Der Hintergarten and stood in the booth at the Nude Project store in Amsterdam during the Amsterdam Dance Event. By November of that year, he was already behind the Pioneer decks at Escape, with the club's signage in the background. In January 2026, he registered DJTYG, his music recording and editing company in Heemskerk, the alias by which he is also known in the scene. Today, he moves between the nightclub at Rembrandtplein and the party circuit in the northern Netherlands, with a compact, rhythmic, and clearly club-oriented sound, still under construction but already anchored to a specific dance floor in the capital.
