The successor to 'Sentio': A turn towards accessibility
Dutch producer Martin Garrix has officially confirmed that his second studio album will be released in late 2026. During an interview granted to the Canadian radio station KiSS 92.5 in Toronto, as part of The Roz & Mocha Show, the artist revealed that the project, initially planned for the beginning of the year, has rescheduled its release window for the final quarter.
Sonically, the new record will mark a clear contrast with the aggressive energy and pure clubbing focus of his 2022 debut, Sentio. Garrix has described this upcoming release as a more accessible work oriented towards conveying positive emotions in the face of global instability.

Materialized collaborations and the Daft Punk dream
The selection process for tracks for this new LP has led the founder of the STMPD RCRDS label to review unreleased archival material. The result of this retrospective is the recent release of 'Repeat It', his long-awaited collaboration with Ed Sheeran, which culminated in a surprise B2B format during their joint performance in Santiago de Chile.
When asked about his dream collaboration in the studio, the producer pointed directly to the legendary French duo Daft Punk. Although Thomas Bangalter recently ruled out any possibility of a reunion in an interview for The Times, Garrix underscored the monumental impact that the pioneers of French synthesis have had on both electronic music and his own artistic identity.
While the final details of the album's mastering are being completed, Martin Garrix's American tour continues its course. His recent performances in Toronto featured support in the booth from local talents such as Oyodass, Marc Jones, and Tomas Grey, keeping the pulse of the dance floor before his imminent transition towards this new sonic spectrum.
