The call, open since June 5th, has the main objective of selecting the artist or duo that will be responsible for performing the opening act of the Festival Monumentum: Bogotá Distrito Rave 2026. Selection Criteria and Technical Rigor
The selection process demands a high standard of technical and artistic quality. According to the official guidelines published by the organizing entities, which have the support of DNA Music, Mad Skills Academy, and the Asobares DJ Cluster, applicants must meet strict requirements to ensure excellence on the main stage.
- Be over 18 years old and currently reside in the city of Bogotá.
- Present musical projects strictly framed within the House, Techno, Trance genres and their respective subgenres.
- Submit a video of a DJ set with a minimum duration of 20 minutes, recorded in a single take, without cuts or edits.
- Have a professional press kit, promotional photography, and active social media.
It is important to highlight that the organization will evaluate individual proposals or duos in DJ format, excluding live set performances from this phase. The registration period will remain open until June 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., or until the maximum limit of 300 valid applications is reached.
