The door is in Ortezal

In the Ortezal neighborhood, within the Puente Aranda locality, Gate Club has turned a warehouse on Tv. 39a into one of the most active electronic dance floors in Bogotá. The address is not a minor detail: the club moves away from the Chapinero axis and plants itself in an industrial fabric where techno is sustained from Friday to Saturday, with doors usually opening at 20:00. The name acts as a program: enter, close the street, and let the night organize itself around the dance floor.

Two stages and a clubbing house

the venue is used as a nightclub, not as a traveling brand. In its own Techno All Night Long sessions, it has operated with two stages active, B2B formats, and a curation of industrial sound and dark atmospheres designed to keep the body moving until closing. There is a backstage area, bar, and, on documented nights, visuals and mapping over the booth. The main sound system has been identified as Funktion-One.

Local residency, international lineup

Linda Lenor, a DJ and producer from Bogotá, is a founding partner and resident: the club was born with one foot in the local scene and the other in the international agenda. On that basis, artists such as Radio Slave, Matador, Coyu —on an anniversary night—, T78, AEREA, HHUNTER, Merimell, Nastia with XL Groove, Fatima Hajji, or Rodriguez Jr. have passed through the house. The range goes from classic techno and hard techno to house and minimal. Collectives such as Common Poetry, a.ritmi.a, or Groove Division program within the venue; the file belongs to the physical venue, not those brands.

In 2026, the Mayor's Office and FUGA positioned it as an allied club of Monumentum: Bogotá Distrito Rave, alongside Kaputt, Octava, RADIOBERLIN, and VideoClub. The official website manages presale, guestlist, and box office, and the weekend is combined with special dates when the lineup calls for it. It remains a techno door in Ortezal: a dance floor club, two stages, and a community that arrives at the transversal without the need to disguise the venue as a festival.
