A rawstyle machine for big stages

Raw discharges, festival choruses, and an almost athletic DJ booth attitude have made Act of Rage one of the most recognizable names in hard-hitting hardstyle. His sound works with dry kicks, direct melodies, and a show pulse designed for clubs and macro-festivals, without losing the vocal hook or the tension-building that a rawstyle floor demands. Denekamp as the ignition point

Raised in Denekamp, in the Dutch province of Overijssel, Jacques Journée entered the scene with the EP Confronting Reality, released in 2014, and soon linked productions that circulated within the hard core of European hard dance. That start placed him in the high-voltage event circuit, with appearances on stages such as Supremacy, Defqon.1, Dominator, QAPITAL, Shockerz, Reverze, Intents Festival, Qlimax, and Decibel Outdoor. His profile grew especially due to an unambiguous combination: raw punch, drops designed for live performance, and a way of performing that turns every session into a collective energy discharge.

Anthems, albums, and international routes

His first major discographic chapter arrived with Sabotage in 2017, followed by Outrageous in 2019, two albums that consolidated his place in the hard styles scene. In parallel, singles and collaborations such as Let The Games Begin with D-Sturb, Till Sunrise with Digital Punk, Road Rage with Nolz, REJECTOFRAGE with Rejecta, The Next Level with N-Vitral, Homicide, Magnetism, Entourage, Living Fast, or Kamikaze expanded a catalog oriented both to streaming and to moments of maximum pressure at festivals. He has also signed anthems for key events, including Supremacy 2017, Shockerz 2018, Qapital 2020, Decibel Outdoor 2023, Epik 2024, and Supremacy Germany 2025.

A brand in motion

The expansion of Act of Rage is no longer limited to the Dutch circuit. He has performed in European countries such as France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Croatia, Sweden, Switzerland, and Finland, and has taken his sound to tours or notable dates in Australia, South Korea, and Japan. In his recent stage, the release of Uncharted and the preparation of new live formats reinforce a very clear position: Act of Rage functions as a high-performance rawstyle brand, designed for large stages, loyal communities, and productions that seek immediate impact without renouncing a sustained career narrative.
